It is a nice hotel on the river, very beautifully designed. Overally, we liked our stay there and would probably recommend this place to others/or probably come back again (and request a different room). Breakfast was very good.

Staff were very helpful. Hotel had lots of character. The omelette for breakfast was good! It was great to watch the river traffic - from freighters and ferries to small boats.

I like the way everything organized so well & special thanks to Danish and Suman they both are so cooperative throughout the process. Hope to visit soon with my family and enjoy the environment more often.

Professional courteous and helpful staff, specially Joydeep, Manisha and Tannu from the reception and also all the security staff. Excellent view of the Hooghly river and short taxi drive to all major tourist attractions

Excellent service and great location (especially if you are traveling to the Eden Gardens) with a old-world charm at this floating hotel with some stunning views of the Howrah bridge. Particularly appreciate the services of Tannu at the front desk who was quick, efficient and ever smiling. Really liked the stay!

Considering that it is a floating hotel, the facilities including the size of the room exceeded my expectations and were just aptly sized. The bed could have been a bit harder though. The breakfast was simply superb, with a lot of options. We had dinner at the hotel along with drinks, and the prices weren't outlandish. We liked almost everything about the hotel, in fact, loved it. A special thanks to the restaurant guys for serving us dinner so late in the night.

Hotel is designed with all heart. You can feel it in the entrance, reception, upper deck bar and restaurants. River view room (sunset rooms) offer a nice view. Coupled with the price I got this for, made this a very good experience.

I loved my stay at Polo Floatel. The staff were very attentive, the rooms are fantastic, the restaurant and bar is great too, and the hotel’s location on the river (a stone’s throw away from Eden Gardens) is perfect!

location of the hotel its one of a kind and if you ask they are really very helpful they kept my request and made my stay more beautiful 🤩
